INSTRUCTION MANUAL

1.       Before commissioning, testing and operating this machine, the operating instructions/instructions must be read carefully, especially the safety instructions. At the same time, for your own safety and to avoid damage to the product, please rule out in advance the insecurity and corresponding safety hazards of using this machine. If this machine is transferred to a third party, the operating instructions together with safety instructions and information on proper operation must also be transferred to the third party.

2.      Important Tips:

Ø  When the temperature is constant at 200 degrees, it is normal for black smoke to appear in front of the machine.

Ø  If the temperature falls below 40 degrees within one minute after regeneration starts, check the oil supply. If the oil does not reach the end of the converter, you need to click reset and restart regeneration.

Ø  Before blasting, the hoop must be fixed to avoid accidental injury.

Ø  Before regeneration, make sure the carrier is free of foreign matter(oil),

Flammable objects, etc..Otherwise it may cause explosions and other serious accidents.
